LM is indeed Lost Mines dungeon.

Primal Scream can be found in middle room. The room is large, so Scream may be hidden in some corner. Or you were looking for it just after someone killed him .

oh and if you look really carefully...she got 4 boobs...and they are covered with leaves of some kind (or something that looks like leaves). The sec set of boobs is smaller and a little further down if you look.

Im a bit confused tho cuse when i saw tara, I didnt see no womans body on it at all...and it actually aggroed me and came right up to me and actually attacked....so...WTF?
