lol thats happened to be before too, it means that the difference between your exp, and exp needed to lvl is less than .01% of the total exp needed to lvl
dumbed down that means like the little engine that could, you almost got it!

its what happens when you fck up your char by doing the trainee isle quests when ya havent before and they gotta reset you. i think they fixed it now tho.
