I managed to catch a scammer Shreya. On first screenshot notice (s)he is advertising lv10 +4 taming. On second screenshot is our little talk and his(her) reaction.

meh I'm comming up on lvl 80 and nowhere near lvl 10 as I dont get it till Jlvl 40....... Currently comming upto 35.
Gonna be a long time till that gets maxed, nd TBH I'm in no rush as there's plenty of awesome tamers already.
